Been a long time since I've posted. I was wondering if any of you have had sleep-related problems days or even weeks after getting sober. Today will be my 14th day of sobriety but I'm frustrated by how tired and cranky I feel all the time. By the afternoon I'm ready to just "conk-out" like I did yesterday for a 2 hour nap after which I didn't feel any more rested and had a terrible headache. My gf said she read an article online somewhere saying that chronic drinking can disrupt sleep cycles that's probably why I feel this way. Anyone had similar experiences or know what I can do about it? I go to work late-afternoon and by then I already feel exhausted. Grrrr!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
