If you know you are an alcoholic, do not test yourself. Do not experiment to see if you can control your intake. Do not try to see if you can control your drinking. Its B.S. I slipped last night. After over a week of sobriety (the longest I'd ever been sober!), I decided to see if I could restrict myself to one glass of wine. Well, I had TWO bottles of wine and I'm hating myself this morning. I'm hungover and already late for work. My point is - for you newbies out there like me - DO NOT TEST YOURSELF. Just stay away from the booze and stay sober.
