HI!!!! this support group thing is new to me. Feburary 9th will be 90 days since I drank last. I have went to a few local meetings in my town but wasn't crazy about the group. I am staying strong emotionally by staying busy and working out. and really have not missed drinking. However my husband and counselor think I need to go to meetings and I disagree and think I am doing good without them. My question is can you stop and stay sober without the meetings?
