I am struggling with debilatating clinical depression and alcohol. I am struggling to stay sober. I'm having a hard time. I belong to AA but have not been for a while, I have a sponsor but she's out of town for the winter. I also have some type of heart condition, my ekg came out abnormal 2 times in one day, my doctor referred me to a cardiologist and he's called, I've yet to return his call, I don't know why.
