would love to enjoy the benefits that AA has to offer, but have heard just lately that it figures largely round religion. no offence to anyone but have suffered heavily at the hands of religion(cults etc, dont wanna go in2 it right now) in the recent past n am reluctant to involve myself in another religious organisation. never thought AA was anything to do with anything religious, but certain comments that have been made to me have made me think, thats all, please correct me if i,m wrong.

I have the feeling to binge eat. Something is wrong with my cat, she went to the vet yesterday for a check up and the vet found something wrong with her. I'm so upset and want to cry and now I keep getting the feeling to binge eat, I hate this so much. I can't make it go away because I need her to be ok. I don't know what to do.
I have three events in May. I can't get out of them. Wedding etc. Any advice on how I survive them??
