im new to all this so please bear with me. I want to cut down the amount I drink. Currently I drink wine every night at home, on my own, when the family are all in bed (hubbie goes to bed at 6pm). I want you to stop through the week and just enjoy a few glasses at the weekend. I have done this for spells in the past but always fall back in my trap. My husband doesn’t understand why I don’t just not drink being as I don’t want to. I need help from people who understand please?
I’m curious how everyone starts or ends their day. I know some people swear by their routine. What advice do you have for us beginners?
My dear DS,I do not need 3,666 notifications from DS. What is going on that y'all cannot delete? I have over 16,000 anxiety members. Has anyone here thought about how long that would take to delete????
