I have been drinking heavily since I was almost 15 for about 7-8 years, the last 2 especially were very heavy. I recently have had some medical issues like very poor liver function, extremely altered hormone levels and damage to the nervous system from my alcoholism. I guess I was just kind of wondering how long if ever does it take for your body to revitalize itself back to normal functioning again? I have been very very fatigued the past few months and having both physical and mental issues. My head is getting a bit clearer but is still not up to par I could say lol as I am learning that know that I'm here for my last semester of college. I'm just glad to be sober I guess knowing that I have stopped the problem because I was killing myself both mentally and physically without really even noticing it.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
