Not drinking is the only thing that ever made my pain stop.

If you don't drink you won't get a hangover. I haven't had a hangover since I quit drinking 5 years ago.

A lot of water is the big key in not feeling nauseated. The nausea comes from being dehydrated. For the headache, take ibuprofen but not on any empty stomach and make sure you eat some food, dry toast is good, nothing greasy. Hope you are feeling better! :)

Are you serious? It isn't rocket science, don't drink and you won't feel sick like a dog like you are right now!

Do NOT take ibuprofen as advised, for a hangover. Take aspirin for headaches, drink as much water as you can tolerate, and then drink some more. Some healthy bread will help the stomach soak up acids, but don't do the ibuprofen as it is damaging to the liver, after you just damaged it more with alcohol and dehydrated your body. Do NOT take a hot bath, but a lukewarm one or even a quick cold shower, and then go to bed. When you get up, eat a healthy big meal.

There are two ways to prevent hangovers.. I have tried them both. The first way is to never sober up enough to get hangovers .. not the best way to go .. or to not drink at all like everyone else is saying. The easier, softer way is the best way here. Don't Drink.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
