I was wondering if anyone knows about this. My counselor told me she believes my husband is a functional alcoholic - meaning that he can drink but still function pretty normally on a daily basis. He doesn't always get drunk, but he does drink most every day, even though his doctor has told him it's not good for his health. He's been able to hold a job, and be a good provider. However, when he does get drunk, watch out! I have to walk on eggshells around him, and be very careful not to make him angry when he's in that state. I think he used to be a binge drinker because he just never had much control once he started drinking - couldn't stop. Now that he's older, he doesn't drink as much, but it's still a daily habit. He's very much in denial about it, and doesn't believe he's an alcoholic. Any advice or additional info. would be greatly appreciated!!

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
