i have been off the beer now for 11 days,,,, starting my journey to being sober! i feel distant from the real world and still quite anxious, does this pass in time, should i take some vit b? what does this help with? im craving sugar so sugary tea is helping, im missing my best friend (the beer) but feel like im grieving for its loss, i just need some support as i continue my journey! xx
