Over the last few weeks, I have been facing the possibility of having a serious illness. People around me are nervous, but I feel relieved.
Relieved because I was honest with the doctor immediately, and will be able to be treated properly.
Relieved because I will soon have answers.
Relieved because I am not afraid, because I know I have done everything I can.
Most of all, relieved that in the battle ahead, I will be sober.
I’m curious how everyone starts or ends their day. I know some people swear by their routine. What advice do you have for us beginners?
My dear DS,I do not need 3,666 notifications from DS. What is going on that y'all cannot delete? I have over 16,000 anxiety members. Has anyone here thought about how long that would take to delete????
