okay my friends, so it looks like I haven't completely lost it yet, I am NOT having a manic episode or anything. As I suspected, my ammonia level is elevated, though not enough to be hospitalized (thank God)! Anyway, for those who don't know what that means (and - what kind of alkie would we be if we didn't have atleast 1 issue with our liver!!!! LOL.) It means that we are supposed to have an ammonia level of between 9 and 35 - 37, mine was 61. (as well as some other poor results). So.....I have to watch my diet and water intake for now. It is probably due to my being so sick the past 2 weeks and not taking the lactulose as I'm supposed to. Whatever, I am okay and that's all that counts. I was scared for awhile there, thought I was losing my mind with the moodswings, but hey, atleast when I was dancing around my living room, I wasn't nude, and NOT dancing with the cats, or howling at the moon, right? LOL. I will, however start seeing my therapist more frequently - and NOT blow her off b/c it's a nice day out!!! Atleast until I'm used to the fact that that bastard is out of prison and he proves to me that he will leave me alone. ya know? Anyway, just wanted to let ya all know............ love, Michelle

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
