Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Hope ur ok, sorry for blasting away x
im just having a really bad day . stressed to the topx
be strong and dont take no notice of me .. x
You say the Profesionals are coming in, so you decide to drink, hardly the smartest move is it??
Your to busy for the AA, but have time to drink ??.
Any help, YES seek it, don't stay in denial and hide from the reality that you may be an alcoholic and that you need help.
We can only do so much here, and of course we want you to be well and alcohol free, but you have to do something to, and that sounds like get some help and go to an AA meeting.
I am sorry I cannot see any other way

As for your son, (I have children) he may be acting out because he wants more of your attention.
I know for me that whatever is going on in my life, drink will just make it worse.
If you cant face an actual meeting, maybe you could call the aa hotline, it would b a good start, Lots of luck x
That's my story...everytime!
You want it bad enough, you WILL find the time! Just like me!
I'm shy.......so what! In time, this too shall pass. But I have to go to get there! and get well! Just like a sick person has to listen to the doc, take their meds, keep appointments...we too must go to any lengths to get better!
Damn, I love when I preach to myself !! lol
