Okay so as I try to stop drinking I have noticed that I am drinking so much more caffeine than I ever did before. Not only coffee but all of a sudden I am drinking diet soda, which I never really drank much of. I am not talked just like one cup of coffee in the morning, but I drink coffee or soda or both all day. IT doesn't seem to effect me at all but I don't think it is good or healthy even. Has anyone else had something else like this happen?
