I'm not sure if I'm a alchololic because I don't have to drink every day. But when I do drink I'm not able to stop. I hate it. I drink until I'm out of control. Every time I do this, I tell myself it won't happen again. But it does. It seems to me if I'm left alone (or with people that don't know me) I binge drink. I love the way two glasses of wine makes me feel...relaxed. I just don't understand why I can't cut myself off at two. Why does it take others to make me stop?
