Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Today is indeed a new day. A new beginning and a new understanding of your alcoholism.
God bless,
Phil
Hope you don't risk it, hun. You know it isn't going to be worth it in the long run.
I through out 10 years for "just one night", and I am struggling to this day to get back where I was....three years later! Please, think this over long and hard...try it for, say, the rest of the night?
