Today is 1 month sober since I relapsed a year ago. Before that I had 8 years. I'm not having cravings and I'm starting to feel sooo much better! I also am detoxing from methadone, I'm at 5 mg. and go to 2.5 Monday. I've also managed to quit smoking in the last month as well. Things are going back to normal now that I have my head on straight. It's really nice to have those monkey's off my back! I no longer have the desire to drink myself into oblivion! Thanks everyone, I found the support I needed here!

Most people with copd also have anxiety.....Dr.suggested taking meds for it.....does it help? Just wondering....
I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
