IN THE LAST THREE DAYS OF NO ALCOHOL OR NO DRUG. I'M FINDING IT VERY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH MY EMOTIONS. THERE'S TIME I THINK THINGS AND FEEL THINGS THAT I KNOW CAN'T BE NORMAL. YOU KNOW LIKE MY FRIENDS SHOULDN'T LIKE ME OR MY FAMILY AND I CAN SIT HERE AND COME UP WITH SO MANY REASONS AS TO WHY I SHOULD. NOW THAT I'M NOT TAKING ANYTHING OR MASKING THE PAIN IT'S JUST THERE LIKE A RAW OPEN SORE AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH IT OR HOW TO DEAL WITH IT. HAS ANYONE ELSE FELT THIS WAY AND AM I MAKING ANY SENSE.. ANY INPUT OR FEED BACK WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANK YOU, MARIANNE.
