Just thought that I should share some good news that I actually went to see a movie all by myself yesterday! Most people wouldn't think it's such a big deal,but for me,it was the first time in a long time that I was able to do it! I usually feel way too self-conscious to even think about going by myself! I'm sure that a lot of people here feel the same way! I just wanted to make sure to share the news that it can be done,and I survived the experience! I hope that others can get some inspiration from this!

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
