Besides my Dad, my youngest sister is a recovering Alcoholic. She started drinking at about 12 years old. She would sneak liquor out of my Step-Father's liquor cabinet. When she was 18 year old she did a one month stay in a Rehabilitation Center. She stayed sober for six years and fell off the wagon. Since then she went to three other long term treatment centers. I think she hit her bottom about seven months ago. I did an intervention on her. I called the police and had her taken to the hospital. She had a blood alcohol level of 500. The doctor said if it would have been a non-Alcoholic she would have been dead or in a coma. She is doing great now. She has been sober 7 months. Thank you GOD.
