Today is my 25th birthday, to my somewhat lack of surprise I can see already no one really seems to care. I've always been the kinda person to make sure that everyone I Care about feels appreciated and knew somebody had their back. As to how you could find out about your family You could try getting your birth records from the state of MA and see if it has your birth mother's full name on it and if so see if you can locate her through one of those many People search websites. Other then that I have no clue how you could however I wish the very best luck in your attempts to locate them!
I am going through the same thing and have been for two yrs now. First what you need to do is go to the County/State you were adopted and apply for non-id information. YOu will have to go through Social Service Department. That will tell you her name as well as other information. It will not give you Date of birth. In order to get that you will have to apply for identifying information but I think you have to do the non-id first. You can also post your searh on Cousinconnet.com, reunion.com, adoptionregistry.com. I found birth brother there. : ) You might get lucky and find someone looking for you. If I can be of any help please feel free to contact me. Good luck on your search and NEVER GIVE UP!! Susan
