I know that all states vary, but I still want all of the input I can get. My husband and I have researched and decided that going through our state is the most affordable and best place for us to adopt. I have heard a lot of adoptions fall through, has anyone experienced this? They say it is really hard to be placed with a baby, anyone had experience with this? How long did you wait? I would appreciate any input, from ANYONE! Thank you so much!
