Hello everyone. I am new here and am adopted myself but my question is regarding the adoption process my husband and I are currently starting. We are white and are interested in adopting a newborn of another race (domestically) because of the greater need for this. I would like to hear experiences from adoptees that are a different race from their adoptive parents as well as families that have adopted a child of another race as I know this introduces a new dynamic to the adoption situation. Thanks!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
