my life has changed so dramatically 4 months ago i met my birth mother and from that point we became obessed with each other and 3 months ago my adoptive mother died suddenly. we text each other at 10 ten times a day, talk on the phone for a least 1 hour a day and see each other every week. But even though we have this contact nothing ever seems enough. what i feel for her is it normal and when will it all calm down

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I am sure you are also dealing with the tragic loss of your adoptive mom and it sure seems like you have been through a lot. I am not sure of your belief system, but knowing that we are God's first and foremost will truly allow you to know that as each of us accepts our adoption into his family, our earthly families are secondary to our faith and through this understanding our relationships here on earth become amazingly blessed!
