I have lost all sense of time management skills since I have become a full time stay at home mom. i also homeschool my kids, if you can call it that, since I can't seem to get my act together. I get so easily side tracked and can't seem to get ANYTHING done even on meds...I totally need some advice! When there is nothing "pressing" to get done, how do any of you get anything done? I am an adult with ADHD so I have the energy, just no time management skills anymore, and I am losing my drive it seems to...I used to just MAKE myself do things, but can't seem to even do that anymore! HELP??
