Okay, I thought I'd limit my gson's sugar intake and caffiene. Then I thought maybe caffiene would help. Then heard limiting sugar really is no help. Meds help but not always and I want to try other things. I bought an attention supplement yesterday cost me $22. What really works and what should I not waste my time with. I am finding that there is no right answer to this question. I am so overwhelmed. On limited funds and need help.
