I have, for a long time now, had issues with falling asleep, staying asleep and waking up. I have the falling asleep part down by pills or reading helps too. But most of the time I don't stay asleep, usually waking up between 3am and 5 and then the worst time getting up. I'm most concerned about the getting up portion though!
Any tips on how to help wake up earlier or get some better sleep?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

My problem is GETTING to sleep....lost track of time....once I GO to sleep, am knocked out like a rock...
getting up has always been HARD for me.
STILL have to set the TV and two alarms to get up for work...
Adderall keeps me 'up' --- tried Lunesta and that helps..
If I wake up in the middle of the sleep, it's because I am anxious.....
so you might want to think about that, too.....
Sleep for ADHD can be Difficult at best.......

Set up a daily routine. I would suggest exercising three hours proir to wanting to go to sleep in addition to eating a good meal and a longer than usual shower or bath. God Bless.
