I took the matter up with the school teacher instead of the principal this time around. I just wanted to be sure he did not get the chocolate items from one of his IEP teachers and make the assumption it was her. I did find out she did. She said; she had told him to give it to me so I could decided. I had asked her what child who does not get chocolate is going to ask when they have it in hand. I said that is like feeding an addict a drug. They are not going to ask they are only going to take it and run. I told her the example of what I read on the replys from my post of giving a child peanuts if that child was allergic to them and got a bad reaction but used her child in place. She said she fully understood and would never let it happen again.I had reinerated with her that he under no cicumstances is to recieve chocolate of any type and to please use the items I sent to school. I think in all honesty she got the picture. Thank you, to all of you that replied. I greatly appreciated all the responses.
