He's on medication (Adderol xr)that works to a degree, but behavioral management doesn't really work, time-outs are a joke, spanking isn't allowed, so what do you do? I've changed his diet, got him to excerise more to get rid of the pent up energy, but I feel there's an answer somewhere out there. I hate putting him on these meds but what else is there?
