What is your learning style? Like, what makes it easier for you to concentrate on things? For me, I have a really hard time concentrating when I have to read something, but if it's in a visual/audio form, I'm fine with it. I mean this like...I struggle to read journal entries on DS when they are written, but not if it's a video journal. Just curious if anyone else is the same.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Anyway, I didn't have those glasses until I was in my 40s. During college I used to read every page 3 times and try to identify the most important sentence in every paragraph. It worked great for remembering and getting the point.
Sadly I didn't do well in all subjects. I cannot learn a foreign language no matter what I try. grrrrr
I do still remember a lot of what I learned -- even from Jr. High -- go figure.
