Just wanted to up date all of you regarding IEP's. One thing I am currently doing is documenting everything between the school and myself - preferalby done by email so I have a hard copy with a date and time attached to it.
Our school is breaking the IEP and I am gathering documentation to prove it in case we have to go to the State to make them follow the IEP.
The State gives extra funds to the school for children with IEP's and it would not be to the schools benefit to have the funds taken away by lack of cooperation.
So, just a bit of advice - Document everything!

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
And make sure to find an advocate group that you can talk to. They will supply you with all the "ammno" you need on State rules, laws and regulations regarding IEPs.
Arm yourselves with as much information as you can and don't let the school walk all over you. We did and now are paying the price along with our son.
