The meds are not as effective as what I thought and I can't get him to manage his anger and outbursts. What do I do to help him to keep him from getting kicked out of schools or keep my friends from not wanting him around because he is too hard to handle and nobody seems to know how to deal with him to help him. I am soooo guilty because this is not his fault and I feel like I don't know how to help him.
