I am 23 years old, and a Junior at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. I have always had a really difficult time in school even with medication for my ADHD disorder. I want to know what are some things to do to stay focused in my schoolwork and other things throughout the day. I also want to know what I can eat/drink to give me extra energy since as you already know I cannot drink coffee, energy drinks, soda, or other products to give me that extra boost during the day or night. I would strongly appreciate peoples suggestions who have dealt with these same or similar issues yourself or somebody you know with ADHD.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
