My 4 year old will not sit and eat dinner lately- no matter what we do. We've tried threatening to send him to bed early, time outs, no dessert, (and btw- we have followed through on our threats) and nothing seems to work. He won't try any food even his favorites. I am getting to the point where I dont even want to cook or deal with dinner because I dont want to deal with the fight. And its not just in our home- its everywhere- grandparents, thanksgiving, going out, you name it. Any suggestions? What works??
