Idk who i am anymore. ive tried looking up things to see if i match ADD/ADHD, personality disorder, bipolar. aspergers. everything.
i get obsessed about it - like something HAS to be wrong, or it makes me a bad person, because that how it feels when my family talks about it.
i just dont know these days. all my psychs in the past, and therapists have all said theres nothing wrong with me. i dont believe them.
my mum says she thinks i have aspergers, but i dont want to be gullable enough to believe everything people say - its just not me. i want to know myself. could someone help me please, ive lost my mind and have a serious identity problem.
can someone chat with me tonight?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
1. look at what is happenning to you. I had problems with memory, putting off things, interupting, failing to complete tasks. At same time had depression, anxiety and low esteeme which confused issue. You may look at violent reactions which did not occur with me.
2. Look on internet for good self diagnosis for ADHD. Not a proper diagnosis but a high score may need following up.
3. Put together a history of your behaviour as far back as possible. Include data from friends and family and compare with symptoms of ADHD.
4. Seek proffessional help armed with the facts you have found from above. It may be a long path but keep onto the case. It took me over 3 years as other possible illnesses have to be eliminated. Start with your doctor.
Good Luck
