can anyone here with add sit still whilst at the doctors? Coz aparantly because I ca sit in a chair for 10 mins I can't possibly have add? Is it me or would that be adhd???

I think it depends on what is in the doctor's office. My daughter can sit for 10 minutes while the doctor is in there but then she is up and down while waiting for the doctor. Not sure if this helps.

You can have ADD with or without hyperactivity. That's what I have. I think they called it inattentive ADD. So I'm usually okay with sitting for a while, but I have a hard time paying attention and concentrating on things. Dunno if that helps

Often times, the environment of a doctors office can often relieve the indicators of ADHD, especially with the one-on-one setting. A doctor should know this. ADD is another name for the Predominantly Inattentive subtype of ADHD, currently in the DSM-IV, the name 'ADD' does not exist.

I can say my daughter was diagnosed with ADHD and is capable of sitting for 10 minutes, however not necessarily all the time, usually she needs to fidget. She IS capable for 10 minutes, it also depends if something is grabbing her attention for that time- nothing around to help her sit still- she's then incapable.

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
