I'm a university student with AD/HD, and this year I have finally been able to get on top of my school work properly. But, I'm always behind on the little things. I always procrastinate. It's especially bad when it comes to chores around my apartment. The place is always a mess; there are always dishes in the sink and clothes on the floor in my bedroom. I never do the laundry as soon as I should. I never go grocery shopping enough. I'm just wondering if anyone has found a way to make this stuff easier. Thanks for your help.
