My daughter was diagnosed ADHD last summer...shortly after I noticed a raised rash on her legs and arm. Her pediatrician thought it was ringworm and gave her some cream to use....after about 3 months of trying different creams nothing worked and it was getting worse. I finally took her to a derm and he diagnosed it has Granuloma Annulare. He said they have no idea why children get it and there is no known way to really treat it besides using steriod creams or injections to help with the inflammation. Which I opted not to use because it was a steriod. It does not hurt or bother her so we left it alone. My question is Can this also be related to ADHD? I know that rashes are asscoiated in childen with Autism. Does anyone have a similar experience?
