What I find really interesting is the fact that most people with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, tourettes, etc. etc....if they have ADD also the ADD is supposed to be the main disorder to treat. That the depression, bipolar, etc. are considered "side effects" of the ADD. I've read a lot of articles saying this and a few doctors have said it to me as well. The doctors also told me that it's why so few people have any luck with depression meds, or anxiety meds, because they aren't treating the ADD first and foremost. I dont know, it's something to consider.
