I started to go to college at the end of 2000. I took some classes in the classroom, but because of my high anxiety I had to start taking them on line. I tried to take one class a semester but usually ended up withdrawing, not finishing the class, not doing the work or getting incomplete. Because of this I only have five or six classes finished. I currently work in a day care center and eventually to work there I will need my associate degree or higher. About three months I was diagnosed with ADD so that is part of my problem. I also had alot of trouble with school as a child. I want to start taking more classes and finishing my associates degree. My boss would like me to get my CDA (not exactly sure if thaty's the letters) which is three classes and then some work at the end. I can't handle doing that and know I won't pass it. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can better work toward my degree. One way or another I will get this degree. I'm not giving up and I would like to take four or more classes a years. I need everyones suuport and encouragement to get through these classes and if you guys don't mind once I start my classes I will be posting a lot about them.
