He got STAR student for the entire 6 weeks. Dylan is working so hard and only has passing grades. His teachers both regular ed and resource voted him to be the best student in the classroom for the entire 6 weeks. I was so proud of him. They get this not by being perfect or an A student but by being an example of doing random acts of kindness, paying attention, helping other kids succeed and in general leading by example. I was never more proud of my son. I wanted to write this to all ADHD people and parents, Be proud of who you are. Yeah, we all have our quirks but being a great human being, caring, loving is far greater than any success measured. You are great just as you are!
