I am curious as to whether or not any of you adults that are taking meds for your ADHD have lost weight due to lack of appetite. Also, can you tell when the meds have "kicked in" and explain how it makes you feel? I have a seven year old son who is ADHD and has been on several different meds in this past year. I am trying to understand how he is feeling. He used to say, "mommy, my brains are on fire!" Now, he's on meds and he says his brain feel cool again. Doctors are very concerned with his weight. We have been trying some new things to help his weight. They lowed his mg level and we have tried to introduce Attend. I'm just trying to hear from an adult on how they are feeling and are effected.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
