About 5 years ago, I was diagnosed with ADHD but the dr. didn't treat it because he said I also had bi polar disorder. I took medicine for BP for awhile and it didn't help. Now, my psychiatrist just took me off of my lexapro that i was taking for ocd/anxiety. I found out today that there are a few different types of add and that sometimes, drs can misdiagnose people for ocd that really have add. Anyone else had this problem? If so, what signs of ocd do you have that can also "manifest" itself in add? Thanks for your help!

I can not diagnose but I know that there are several other disorders that may look like ADD and vice versa. I have a daughter with OCD and maybe some ADD (undiagnosed) and she counts things. Good luck.
