Well, I have been going through a lot of depression and I know how hard it can be to really see all the good things in your life in them moments. But, that is the time you really need to look deep with in yourself and do some real soul searching to find a way to open your eyes to them good things in your life and a round you. Just cause one thing is not going so good does not mean that there is no good coming your way. I know for myself I can't at times see things for what they are and have found that just cause you can't do something good or something seems too hard does not mean there is not something that you are good at or will find in the future. You have to keep an open mind and heart to all areas in your life. So you can see the good in it and really take in the ones around you that you love and cherish or that do you. Not always do we see this because we have all these other things on our minds and so many worries that follow us day to day. To, say these feeling are not there is not being honest with yourself. We all know how it feels to be Paranoid or Moody or Depressed or Scared, and all them other feeling that we all have day to day. But, this is the time when we all need to be the strongest and ask for the help we need to get through things. We all know how hard this can be. Many of us hide from the feelings. But, there comes a time in all our lives when we must face things and start working through all the pain, disappointment, Lack of self worth, Racing thoughts, or lack of social relations. We must learn to know our limitations and work with in them boundaries. Most people do not understand mental health because it is not something you can see always or touch. But, just cause you can't see or touch it does not mean it is not there. You can't see god but everyone that goes to church believes he is there. So why is it different for us? It is not as far as I see. Anyways, I hope this helps someone or brings new found light to someone.

BUT.... I feel like my visits are not what they use to be. He...
I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...
