Hi I'm new on here and don't know if this has been asked, but sorry if it has been. My 7 year old has been diagnosed with adhd, one of my questions is that since the diagnosis (which was in July of this year) she has been on like 5 different mess some was different dose of same med is that normal to try so many different mess in a short period of time? I feel like Im not super happy about putting my child on meds to begin with but if they help her that's fine, I want to give all the tools she needs but aren't sure what they may be yet? ! Please help

Most people with copd also have anxiety.....Dr.suggested taking meds for it.....does it help? Just wondering....
I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
