I take 40 mg a day of Vicadin. My pain is not so bad right now that I need it, but it takes away my fatigue. I know it is supposed to make you lethargic but it does totally the opposite for me. A nurse told a friend of mine that Addisonians especially should not take Vicadin. Why? I don't have a clue. Anybody? Any advice? I also take pseudroeffedrine for my fatigue. I imagine it is understandable that I should not take that. I am just desperate to feel better and I want to be able to function at adequate levels. I was told when I was diagnosed that I would be able to live a fairly normal life and now twelve years later I have lost my career job and am losing my wife due to Addison's related poor health! I would do anything to get my life back! I am at the point of filing for Disability. But I am 38! I should have 3/4 of my life ahead of me!!!Anybody? Any advice?
