in alot of what i am reading thru everyone with addison's it is not normal for someone to have alot of crisis's in a year well i have an attack atleast once a month or more it just depends on what i push myself to do. does anyone have any suggestions on why i am having so many crisis's? i have asked my endo and he said that because i am so young it is not normal for me to be having so many and its probably all in my head. wow did that ppee me off!! does anyone else have a crisis atleast once a month? or is it just me?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

In your head my ass. My Addison's is in my head LOL! I have Secondary Adrenal Insuffiency so it is in my head because my hypothalamus is all messed up.
