Was talking with a Dr yesterday regarding my daughter, he stated that Dr's are probably waiting from her 4-6mm adenoma to be around 8 mm because when it gets to this size a capsule forms around it and it is much easier to remove. He said they are probably looking at her saying, she doesn't look too bad yet, let's wait until it's a little bigger because it's easier to remove after a capsule forms around it. I have never heard this, so I am asking the experts - have any of you heard this?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
