I noticed a few months ago that my 4 year old has it also, except..it isn't red..anyways, I showed my mom and told her how I thought it was genetic and she showed me her arms. She has the same thing.
I have been using a loufa and that has made a difference. But now that I know its more common I am not so worried about it anymore.
