Aunt was injured 1 yr. ago. Still in daily painh. Meds barely help.Ins. co wants her to settle for $15000. That will only cover a few years of meds.I told her she needs more for the pain(she still can't eat normally) & the mess it has made of her life> She doesn't want to sue & is trusting the ins. will do the right thing but they have already messed up things for her. Any ideas about what Ishould tell her? I hate to see her left with pain & no help.
